We pride ourselves on the fact that our proposals include the complete scope of work each and every time with the client in mind. In order to deliver piece of mind proposals, OEGinc does all estimates in one of two ways:
- site appointment / walkthrough
- most recent and up to date architectural drawings
Once all the relevant information has been collected and the project priced out to the last detail, only then do we release the official proposal to our clients. All our proposals include the labour aspect, materials and permits associated with the project in one convenient and detailed document for our clients to review.
